What is the delivery cost for New Zealand?
All orders for New Zealand delivery have a flat rate of $10.00 excl GST ($11.50 incl GST) It is the Customers responsibility to check that the delivery address is correct at checkout before making payment. Failure to do so and provide an incorrect address will delay your order.
What is our Return Policy?
In the case of a return, please email us at info@ohmywellness.co.nz and someone will address your query within 24 hours.
All queries will be required to be within 14 days of delivery of your order
We require the following information in order for us to resolve your query
Pictures
The invoice number
The batch number and / or expiry date (if applicable)
Please keep the item as we might need to have the item sent back to us for evaluation
We will provide a courier ticket via email if required. If you do not have a printer available, please advise and a courier ticket will be posted to you
If an item is needed to be re-sent, we will ship the return free of charge
Once a query has been received, we will endeavour to resolve your query in a timely manner

All items are priced in New Zealand Dollars and include GST
How long will delivery take?
We try to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. All orders are sent via courier. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched
What is the process for ordering through the online store?
A notification will be sent once the order is received and processed. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number with your shipping notification.
